75cl bottle. The beer starts slightly neutral. Easy to drink, hints of malt and round wood. Smooth, not too deep, round and refreshing. Mild fruity woody aftertaste, no special or deep aroma. Smooth woody malty in the aftertaste. Round and nice, but no special trees in the aroma.

330ml bottle [label says 8.7% abv]. Cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Tannic, woody aroma, notes of green wood. Taste is minimally sweet, nutty and caramel malty, piney and woody and minimally tannic, hints of green wood, could as well be birch sap, a fruity touch of cherry; prickling, refreshing carbonation.

33 cl bottle @ home. BBE 11.4.2018. Aroma is nice and spicy - feels Belgian. It has also some fruitiness and floral tones. Flavour has apricot, spices, herbal tones and floral notes. Also soapy tones. A bit unusual and unexpected but good.

Old bottle from my cellar. The beer starts nice round and malty. The woody parts are there, but way hidden behind a nice dry malty body. Easy to drink, nice roasty parts, refreshing with a nice woody back.

Frischer, mild hopfig-minziger Antrunk. Geringe Würzigkeit, steigend fruchtig von geringem Level aus. Etwas bitter, etwas Zitrone, süffig. Wenig brotig, leicht herbes Finish, die Minze bleibt angenehm im Hintergrund. Gut. 9/11/11/9/10/9
