Draught@EBF2008. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is hops, fruits and some mild grassy notes. Flavour is amarillo hops. Rather sweet beer. Oily palate.

From tap. Pours clear and golden amber with a lacing tan head. Aroma is fruity and dense hoppy with a mild caramel note coming through. Flavour is smooth hoppy and fruity on top of a solid caramel malty bse. Sweet and hoppy lingering finish. Quite tasty.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is hoppy and grapefruity with a distinct acidic/citric hops note. Smooth and slight sweet malty with a nice marmelade like fruity hops flavour on top. Bitter and slight acidic hoppy finish with a lingering fruity accent. Nice one although it was half a year old and presumeable would be more fresh hoppy in a fresher brewed version.

Clear dark amber with medium beige head. Intense peaty with malty and caramel notes. Very smoky flavour with caramel and malty notes.

Draught, 6.6%. Good hop aroma, sweet and grassy. Also caramelly, perhaps from the malt. Hazy yellow colour, stable white head. The flavour is also quite hoppy, grassy and refreshing. Good body. Also some sweetness to balance the hops. Hint of yeast in the aftertaste.

(Re-rate, draught at Pikkulintu) Poured deep amber and clear. Head was dense and white. Aroma had toffee, hops and malts. Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, hops, fruitiness, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was mildly sweet and clearly bitter. I didn’t remember this was so sweet but it didn’t bother me. Nicely balanced, solid body and clean taste. Good.
