Can shared. Thanks Adam! Pours a clearish plum color with a finger of off-white pinkish foam that dissipates. Light mineral notes, herbal and faint plastic with some mild berry on the nose. As it warms the berry comes out but a weird plastic note on the palate as well. Lingering berry on the finish. Needs a lot of work.

Can. Murky pale orange color with white head. Aroma is blood orange indeed, wheat, cranberries and some glühwein feeling. Taste is the same. Sparkly carbonation, mineraly mouthfeel. Funny!

16 oz. can, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out bourbon upfront, with dark fruits, brown sugar and Belgian yeast. Flavour is bourbony, with lots of dark fruits, brown sugar, Belgian yeast, and big bourbon notes without much heat. Really nicely rounded with not many harsh notes.

16 ounce can. Pours a pitch black hue with a small white head. A big sweet vanilla nose, light bourbon. Rich, sweet, big sweet bourbon, light roast, vanilla, caramel. Damn smooth. 12%? Seems like 8.

16 ounce can into dimpled mug, canned on 10/1/2019. Pours slightly hazy deep orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light khaki head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big brown sugar, brown bread dough/crust, and toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of caramel, nuttiness, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/bready malts and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big brown sugar, brown bread dough/crust, and toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of caramel, nuttiness, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of brown sugar, brown bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, caramel, nuttiness, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying sweetness after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an awesome Marzen. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel for the style. Awesomely clean/rich dark/Munich malts; with solid noble hop presence/balance. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, impressively spot on style example as expected.

Can from superspak in a trade. Pours a clear pear gold color with a quickly dissipating finger of off-white foam. Grapefruit rind and pith on the nose with lemon, piney spruce, earth and white peach aromas. Bright citrus and tart muscat on the palate with some creamy oak vanilla notes that come out as it warms. Leaves a nice tart taste in the back of palate on the finish. Lingering oak and citrus.

Interesting twist on pumpkin beer, but ultimately a pumpkin beer just the same. Mild farmhouse yeast notes are present, as is a grassy middle and hints of flowers on the back end, but the profile is mainly nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice, as the style dictat, I guess. Eh. It’s pumpkin beer.
