Bladder bag at the Royston, Broadstairs, 05/02/22. Clear golden with a thin white cap that clings to the edge of the glass after dissipating. Nose is apple peel, light floral notes, light orchard wood. Taste comprises apple skins, mellow elderflower, light tannins, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Not bad ... the elderflower is fairly subtle and well balanced overall.

Sample, gracious thanks to Grumbo for this. Misty yellow appearance. Familiar Kentish sweetness forms the bulk of this character, not too acidic with gentle smooth pulp lending a good body and hazed textures. Quite liked it.

500ml bottle, thanks (I think) to grumbo for this! Golden appearance, nice fleshy fruit on the nose. Overall character relies on a rustic woody wild feel with gentle funk and a light sour tang with a good natural fruit presence.. Very nice.
