2/1/2023. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear extremely pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple juice, flowers, apple sweets, hint of solvent. Medium sweetness, touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Okay but was a little artificial.

Bottle from the cidery stall at RHS Wisley. Aroma is sweet and sugary, quite light. Hazy pale gold. No head. Initial low key sweet apple juice but quickly develops a sour peel streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Pleasent but unmemorable.

Bottle from RHS Wisley Food Fayre. Aroma is very sweet, with a slightly bitter peel edge. Clear copper gold. Thin foamy translucent white head retreats to the rim. Sour apple juice, with some musty peel. Dry. Sulphur. Light. Thin but slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Crisp. Refreshing. But bland.

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 05/11/22. Clear pale golden yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is apple core, straw, wet leaves, apple skins. Taste comprises mild apple, light pork notes, grains, straw, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Its okay but lacks depth in the flavour.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of mucky funk, apple. Taste is apple, tangy, fruity, mucky note, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle bought from the cidery stall at RHS Wisley. Aroma combines sweet pear with a mustiness and citrus streak. Opaque light gold. Bubbly white head soon disappears. Sweet but not overly so. Sour hints in the juice. A lemon but and peelings. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough. Just not terribly inspiring.

Bladder bag box at the Royston, Broadstairs, 07/10/22. Lightly hazed pale golden yellow with a modest off white covering. Nose is apple peel, modest tropical fruits, straw, faint mango. Taste comprises apple pulp, sharp mango, light tannins, surprisingly not sweet for a mango cider. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Pretty decent for a fruited cider and surprisingly well nuanced and not OTT sweet for a mango affair.
