Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav, Malmö. Alltså bryggd i Brasilien! Känns kanske lite oren men annars trevlig.

Olmost black with a brown head - Dark sweet malt and fruits - Dark malt body with some dark fruity tones - The dark sweet malt goes into the finish with some alcohol heat in the back - This was good

Svart med fingerhøyt kaffebrunt skum. Søtlig maltig lukt. Dadler, svisker, mørk sjokolade og noe kakao og kandis. Middels fylde. Søtlig smak, tørket frukt, kandis, lett bitterhet. Alkoholen kommer utover.

Bottle courtesy of mybestfriend. Pours blackish brown with a small mocha head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and fruity with roasted malts, chocolate, raspberries, coffee, soil and hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet, malty and fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, caramel, coffee, chocolate, raspberries, moist soil, cardboard and hints of alcohol. --- Beer merged from original tick of Monjolo Floresta Negra on 04 Sep 2016 at 20:57 - Score: 7. Original review text: Kinda like the raspberry character. Roast and cardboard. Bit too heavy on the oxidation.

Tap @ CBC Covent Garden, medium sample. Dark color, short frothy head. Aroma of dark choc, slight roast, mocha, bit booze, hint of vanilla, some cookie. Good balance between roasty bitterness and caramel sweetness, together with the perfect touch of boozy alcohol. Just what I was up to after a day of Craft Beer Co bar hopping.

310ml bottle @ ISKTR. Pours pitch black with a tiny head. Aroma of tequila, roasty malts, chocolate, salty licorice and earthiness. Taste is heavy, slightly roasty and boozy with hints of ripe fruits, plum, rubbery notes, salty licorice, tequila, earthiness, oak and wood. Finish is sweetish, slightly roasty and earthy with some licorice and wood. Okay, but quite as good as the regular version.

31 cl bottle @ ISKTR’16
Aroma has tequila and mild licorice tones. Flavour has strong rubbery tones, alcohol, tequila and licorice. Very close to undrinkable due to the rubbery bitterness.

310ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, frothy, effervescing, quickly collapsing, off-white head. Tart-ish and sweet-ish raspberry aroma. Taste is tart, fruity, notes of raspberry, grassy hoppy overtones, underlying minimal residual sweetness; dry finish; lively to fizzy carbonation.
