[ As Sahtipaja Blackberry Port Melomel ].Clear medium amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, wood, spruce, resin, blackberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet honey, earthy honey, frutiy - berry honey, black berries, light port - tawny - wood. On tap at hunahpu's hangover. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head. The aroma is apricot flesh, dough. Thin body, tart apricot, wheat, dough, light acidity, very nice.

Bottle, clear piss yellow . Earthy aroma with dust, cardboard, floral . Taste is sweetish amd earthy with a lot of heat. Great chili flavour.

Bottled. Pours pale rice water with a quick fizz, quite unappealing. Viola candy aroma and taste. That's about it.
