Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 29, 2019. Aroma is fruity with some tropical notes and berries, like a cross between Nelson and Mosaic but with some spicy, Woody notes as well. Light cracker malt notes. Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly but steadily. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes and a bit of a bready, biscuit note. Medium high bitterness with some lingering bite and a faint alcohol note. Medium tropical fruit notes of passion fruit and mango with lighter gooseberry and other berry notes. Faint citrus and a moderate, woodsy note that lingers into the finish with the bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer. A solid, west coast style IPA that allows the full profile of the hop to show. The fruitiness of the hop is quite nice but the spicy, woodsy note that persists into the finish is a bit disappointing.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 29, 2019. Aroma is hop forward and fairly fruity with the Amarillo hops dominating the aroma. Lots of tropical fruit (mango and passion fruit) with some stone fruit and tropical citrus notes. Light resin and dank notes with hints of alcohol spice. Pours a fairly hazy, murky, dark golden orange with a medium large, frothy, thick white head that slowly recedes to a small film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol spice. Moderately strong hop notes of mango, passion fruit, tropical citrus, and over ripe stone fruit. Light resin and dank notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent IPA. It's fairly fruity, but it's not quite the fruit profile I prefer as it has a definite over ripe character to it. Still a nice IPA though.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 6, 2019. Aroma is hop forward with lots of tropical fruit and citrus notes. Mango, pineapple, orange, grapefruit and guava with light resin, pine and dank notes. Light cracker malt notes and a touch of alcohol. Pours a clear, brilliant gold color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to the edges where it lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes and hints of caramel and biscuit. High bitterness and light alcohol spice. Moderate grapefruit and mango notes with lighter orange, guava, pineapple notes. Light dank, pine and resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a tasty IPA but not my favorite. This leans solidly into West Coast territory with a fairly assertive bitterness and a bit more malt character. Alcohol is fairly well hidden.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 15, 2019. Aroma is fruity with pear, stone fruit, tropical fruit and dank resin notes. Light malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, golden orange with a fairly large, thick, pillowy white head that slowly recedes. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium malt notes of cracker and light caramel. Moderately strong bitterness and a faint alcohol note. Hop flavors of citrus, pine, dank resin, and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent IPA but I'm not the biggest fan of this hop's flavor. I like the aroma, but the flavor is a bit too dank and piney. Decent malt notes, though a bit maltier than I prefer.
