Keg at MK Bethnal Green. It pours hazy yellow - gold with q decent white head. The aroma is fresh vanilla, oaky, musty funk brett, doughy white bread, pear drops, boiled sweets and marshmallow. The taste is dry, bitter, tart aspect, spritzy, funky brett action, oak, vanilla, pear skin, tannin, spice, gooseberry fool, vinous character, hay and light floral accents with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Plenty going on and it all comes together well. Very nice stuff.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Paleish brown beer, a few white bubbles. Palate is smooth and semi dry, low carbonation. Sweet malts, some grain. Vodka alcohol. Caramel and brandy spice. Ripe spicy fruits. Light finish brings banana esters. Not too bad, some condition would have been good.
