Sample from trade with Kolshtrinker. Many thanks chap. Pours clear, very pale. Aroma is very sweet sugary apple. Taste is similarly sweet, exceedingly sugary, clean, light carbonation. Really cannot see the appeal in these overly sweet ciders.

Bottle sample at Specja?y Regionalne, pours a clear golden blonde. Aroma brings out lots of wood, some oxidation and light honey nectar. Flavour follows accordingly, with oxidation, subdued honey nectar, and light bees wax. Lacking depth and refinement. This is just not an upper tier mead.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours almost like carbonated water. Aroma is very green apples, zest. Light body, sweetish fruitiness, some sulfur, dry palate. Okay.
