Bottled (backlog). Golden colour, quite a thick fluid, without a head. Aroma is honey, some spices and mild alcohol to it. Flavour is very similar and rather sweet. Almost a Christmas feeling over this mead. Spices and honey in the aftertaste.

0,33 bottle. Bardzo przecietny cydr. Prosty jak linijka, slodki jakby nienaturalnie tylko dosladzany. Jasniutki prawie jak woda, babelkow sporo ale w smaku zero wytrawnosci , rozwodnienie spore. A na koncu wrazenie przeslodzenia i w efekcie zgaga gotowa. Do tego prostacka etykieta. Nie polecam

Colour: very pale, like white wine, clear. Aroma is of green apple, honey is distinguishable, but it’s in the background. Medium dry, not too sour. Medium carbonation. Nice balance. Quite good.

Bottle, 13%. Vinous aroma, not much honey to it. Beautiful deep golden amber colour. The flavour has some honey, but not a lot. It is, however, nicely spicy. Rather thin mouthfeel, I supposed, but OK for the ABV.

Bottle 750ml. corked.Clear light medium amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, wood, earthy, fruit honey - maybe flowers. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, wood, honey, artificial sweet. Body is medium, texture is watery - thin, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20131123]

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours clear amber, rather thin. Clear but not distinct aroma of honey with sparse notes of alcohol. Sweet flavour of flowers and (diluted) honey, with faint boozy nores. Slightly bitter overtones of treacle in the finish. Good for its own mead style, but nothing that would make me ask for more.

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Golden with no head. Honey aroma with ripe fruit and caramel notes. Sweet honey and alcohol flavour with fruity notes
