Amber color, hazy; the bottle was slowly gushing. The aroma lingers too much on some cereals; the flavor is more malty, with some caramel, moderately sweet, with a good body structure; it has strong bitterness, but also light vegetables.
Not bad, but not the best Doppelbock around.

Hazy blond color, medium sized head. Nice aroma of summer fields, sun, hay, delicate malts. Dry but soft mouthfeel, some flavor of crispy malts and delicate grassy hops; the bitterness is in balance.
Very well made, clean, with interesting traits.

Caña en el Cabanon 18..12..2015. (r05). color oscuro con espuma beige que desaparece casi por completo al poco tiempo. Aromas y sabores maltosos dulces ligeramente tostados con amargo final acentuado ligeramente duradero. Normal.

330 ml. bottle purchased @ “Vini Birre Ribelli 2015”. Shared @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Amber ale where Icelandic licorice sea salt flakes added to the water. Odd idea. Pours amber with off-white head only on the side. Nose is horrifying, it smells like freaking sea water, Jesus Christ!, whoever would want any beer to smell like sea water, it makes all kinds of alarm bell go off in your head. Way too much salt,… Taste is luckily better, malt, sugar, cereal, caramel, biscuit, boring, salt is way lower than expected going by the taste. Body is biscuit, a bit thin. Boring beer, horrifying nose, complete excess of salt. Not a fan.
