8 oz. Draft. Aroma is soft pine and very mellow pale background. Flavor follows with soft citrus, mild herb, very mild pine with no resin. Extremely classic C’s / WC pale ale.

4 oz draft. Flavor is pale malt and yeast driven. Proper noble hops with a light body and a soft multi finish. light body with a crisp finish. Simple and straightforward. 7.2

4 ounce draft. Aroma’s mild citrus and heavy on mosaic. Unfortunately the mosaic is really heavy in the flavor. Comes off kind of soapy. Zero bitterness, but mosaic is really, really potent. Not my thing.

8 ounce pour. Soft mango and mango skin aroma. Mango is natural and mellow throughout showing the soft Pilsner malt backbone underneath. Well thought out for the summertime. When it’s 85+ degrees out here it’s nice!!

Crushed a 8 oz draft. Flavor is rich layers of malt showing coffee grounds, mild chocolate, cocoa. creamy texture with a nicely dry finish. Extremely well crafted dark lager.

Dark brown and oily. A bit of vanilla on the nose. No pb2 powder or any other peanut character. Some vanilla. Just rich barrel stout.

Dark brown. Looks oily. There’s light cinnamon from the stroopwafel, hint of vanilla. Rich intensity of stout. Mellow coffee. Such good balance. Fuck me, so good.

Dark brown, rich aroma, lots of chocolate, light fruit, elegant barrel. Fruity, rich, deep imperial glory, holy shit. Exceptional. Almost, dare I say, Modern Times level.
