0.33 l bottle, best before September 2019. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, grainy and a bit grassy aroma of grains and straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently grassy taste of mainly grains and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable but also fairly bland.

Bottle, danke Günther!. Cloudy orange amber, Rocky offwhite lace. Lightly cheesy peachy hop notes on a sweet banana and vanilla base. Pleasant bitter bite to counter the sweetness. Chewy dry, foamy, perfumed retronasal. Nice.

Buegelverschlußflasche: Clear, golden, small and stable white head, mild sweetish grainy-dusty nose with a certain (doughy) fruitiness, delicate grassy bitterness underneath; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, quite soft; hardly lingering sweetish-grainy finish with a doughy touch and a very light bitterness in the aftertaste. Sigh! Nearly as boring as the crappy beers from the Sauerland neighbourhood...

2/4/2019. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours hazy pale golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of herbs, wheat, malt, yeast, banana, caramel, resin, peppery spice, grass and a little wood. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium plus body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet, warming caramel finish. Grew on me this one.

Bottle, 6.3%. Good malty aroma with a nice caramelly hop note. Cloudy amber colour. Big semi-stable white head. The flavour is caramelly and bready. Reminiscent of alcohol free beer, but better, though. Piney finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with touches of yeast and malt. Bitter, hoppy and mildly citric flavour, with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and hints of bread. Malty and slightly hoppy afteraste wit estery notes. Not that bad but rather tame.

Bottle, 3.9%. Fruity and refreshingly citric aroma. Yeasty notes, perhaps also a little funky, but smells mostly of Hefeweizen yeast. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off yeasty. Turns bitter, then watery. Then yeasty again. Also tastes mostly of wheat beer. OK for the ABV, and the mouthfeel is actually quite good.

Bottle, 5.8%. Buttery aroma. Almost clear light amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is malty, perhaps a little buttery, but better than the aroma. OK spicy hop note. Fairly clean bitterness in the finish.
