Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and wheat as well as lighter notes of bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Cloudy golden with a large white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with malty and wheat notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with wheat, malty and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

bottle, pours amber with a thin off white head. Honey and carmel malty nose. Carmel and biscuit malt flavors round out the body with a mild sour hop finish. Carbonation is moderate to high with a crisp mouthfeel. This is actually really tasty.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, straw golden, mid-sized, slowly diminishing white frothy head; yeasty-worty-grainy nose with a touch of cardboard and a good dash of grassy hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, quite soft MF; a bit harsh and grassy in the finish. Not too bad, but unharmonic and not too well rounded.............

(33cl swing top bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a big but not very persistent frothy white head. Yeasty, grassy and herbal hoppy nose with a doughy and slightly papery malty sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Yeasty and slightly papery and perfumed malty taste with sour dough and shy grassy hops; moderately dry and bitter finish, again with papery malt and grassy hops. Pretty bland brew (26.05.08).

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Mild cornish and mild spiced aroma. Flavour is mild hops spiced with a light bitterness and a mild caramel malt base beneath. Ends with a light cardboardish note and mild spice note.
