Half pint from the cask at The Lamplighter in Jersey. Pours red with a tiny head. Aromas & tastes of raspberry juice. Moderate body. Sweet finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of baked apple. Taste is sweet, appley, baked notes, fruity, caramel, sugary, with some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, finish is medium sweet & tannic. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy golden colour, bubbly head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, funky. Taste is sweet, appley, funk, with some tart citric acidity. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is appley, fruity, tart, barnyard funky, vanilla, with drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

26/9/2025. From BIAB at the St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pour was almost clear not cloudy per the description. Nice juicy apple aroma. Very crisp, moderately drying. Good body. Light tangy finish. Enjoyable. Best of the 3 Rocquette ciders on offer at the festival.

26/9/2025. From BIAB at the St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Aroma is sweet apple, baked, caramel, sugary apple pie. Medium sweetness, light dryness. Sweet caramel finish. Quite a light body. Hid its 6%.

Golden pour topped with some white bubbles.
Nose is bitter sweet apples, grass, herb.
Taste comprises light orchard wood, apple skins, tannins, light funk, tangy apple.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Tidy.
