Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Cider#6. ST PETER PORT. From June 2025. Golden appearance and carbonated. There's plenty of medium-sweet apple to be enjoyed in this one, and lots of aroma. Pretty decent.

Half pint from the tap at Guernsey Airport Bailiwick landside cafe. Aromas & tastes of apple. Crisp sweet finish. Enjoyable

Bottle from Melbecks Garden Centre, Coleshill. Pours a dark gold, brief fizzy head, well carbonated. Aroma of floral apple, sugars, light chemical note. Taste starts bittersweet apple, slight tang, icing sugar, then dry rubber and vinegar. Light to medium bodied, oily, good carbonation. Not great but drinkable.

500 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of sweetened apples and caramel. Flavors follow same. Fairly heavy.
