Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a rough, white head. Clean, tart apple aroma. Medium body, lovely semi-dry clean apple notes with some sulphur and a nice tartness to it. Not one of the astringent British examples, but well made and easy going. 130914

Bottle from Coop, Guernsey. Smooth and fruity beginning, not as intense as the XC-cider. Tart and slightly watery in the mainpart, very dry, appely-fruity, but not too deep. The aftertaste is smooth, tart-dry, but quite watery and easy to drink.
