Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. It's fuller-bodied and quite crisp tasting, certainly clean tasting with an associated hoppy IPA dryness for this style.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Dark brown with a bit of translucency (not much though). A large creamy beige head. Sumptuous aroma of roast malt, oak, a coal fire. There's an underlying sweetness to the taste despite the intensity of the roast malt. Too-strong coffee, plum and smoked meats in the aftertaste. And a wonderful light fizz coming from the natural carbonation. An incredible cask porter.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - amber with a slight haze. Thin lacing. Nose - toffee, brown bread. Pumpernickel. Taste - honey and light toffee. Some biscuit and brown bread. Palate - close to medium bodied, some biscuit bitterness. Overall - it's a real beer after all that fruit pish we've just had.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours golden with a light haze and a thin white head. Nutty malt aromas. Taste is astringent malt, caramel, granola, biscuit. A beer tasting beer!

Bottle from Credence Brewery. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of grassy hops, light malt, light lemon. Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish.

ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, sweet berries, strawberry - raspberry - jam, ice cream, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, ice cream, vanilla, light strawberry - raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180724]

21/7/2018. Can from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours bright golden amber with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma of hops, tropical fruit, fruity custard sweets, vanilla, malt, and citrus. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, quite creamy texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable beer, reminded me of durian to taste but without the stink, certainly an exotic one.
