Taste is citrus (maybe lime and orange), a bit of spicy earthiness reminiscent of cedar (maybe). Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and yeasty, mildly bitter finish. Aroma is pedestrian, taste is more interesting (especially with coaxing from description) but not strong enough to stand out on its own. OK.
