750ml (thx, Mathieau A.!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: clear pale golden. Aroma: very nice and vibrant apples, some sweetness, Taste: nice body, some apples, but other than that not much is going on here. The taste drops right after you swallow it. Nothing left except some dryness. Overall: weird one. There is nothing wrong with it, but where is the complexity that you would assume to get from the Reserve series cider that was aged for 12 months in barrels???

Poured from 750mL bottle (no. 495/1600). Clear gold with very minimal white head. Soft apple with a sherry undernote, touch of apple skin, simple, clean, doesn't linger. Decent. Prefer Double Hill Nomad.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has gentle apple skins, a touch of faint sherry, and light spices. Flavour is pretty subtle, with moderate apple acidity, light apple skins, and maybe a hint of sherry. Very light and unobtrusive, though pleasant. Finishes with light-medium residual sweetness. There's not much depth or complexity really. It's fine.

Yellow apple colour. Interesting aroma, good apple but that extra something must be the px barrel. On the palate, it's got a bit of effervescence to drive it across the palate. Mild apple notes, some px accent to the finish. Not all that complex, but an interesting dynamic, and solid base cider.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a medium, quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma has some champagne-like effervescence, dry toffee, and golden apple skins. Flavour is quite dry, with champagne-like effervescence, gentle toffee, and golden apple skins. Crisp, fairly dry and effervescent. Very good.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear gold with very minimal white head. Aroma is sweet stewed apples. Taste of apple skin, semi-sweet with a dry-ish quality, enjoyable.

500ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) @ Ryan's. Vintage 2020. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma: it doesn't only look like an ice cider, but it also smells like some of them - rich and sweet apples with some acidity and caramel notes. Taste: along the same, bubbly, medium body, low to moderately sweet with nice apple notes. Overall: something quite unique to me, it tastes like a light sparkling version of the ice cider.

--Canned. -- Clear pale yellow. Citric mature apple aroma. Tart with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Green apples, some cellary notes. Mild apple skin bitterness. Refreshing and alive.
