Draft at York River Landing.Hazy bright yellow, lasting head. Aroma is grapefruit, tropical hints, pine, and pale grain. Flavor had a grain balance to go with the myriad of hops. Citrus peel, grass, and some floral tones. Bitterness is medium in strength( lets you know it is an IPA ). Dry finish. One of the better (newer) brews I had had from this brewery.

Pours a hazy bright-orange-gold color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of apricot, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart apricot, mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with an apricot aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Level 42 Bottlshare. Thanks to Leighton. White haze on this gold beer, good pile cream colour head. Airy palete, semi-dry, good fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, light dry creamy sweetness. Good hop spice. Mild pine. Light spicy citrus. Floral citrus. Modest tropical fruits. More hop spice. A touch of fresh orange citrus. Light spicy finish. Nice.

16 oz. can thanks to Willrunforbeer on the share. Not really fair to drink this AFTER the four Trillium brews we had tonight but.... Hazy bright yellow appearance. Aroma is mild fruit, bready malt, and weak floral hints. Yeah, seems a little flat thing a canning date of 9-18-17. Maybe if I am in Portland I will re-sample on draft. In the can it just seems lack-luster. To be fair, no brewing flaws or anything off. We just drink real high end. We are privileged beer drinkers.

500 ml Bottle spilt 2 ways. Thanks going to Adamchandler. Aroma is mild Brettanomyces, oak, honey, citrus notes. Flavor is brighter with floral then mild funky yeast. Medium bodied, with a grassy, funky finish. Nice Bretty character, proper.

Bottle picked up at the brewery a few months ago. Pretty hazy, 2 finger head. looks great in the glass. Really solid aroma, funk, leather and citrus. After taste is really soap heavy. Mildly tart, it has a lot of citrus flavors, bread dough and yeasty throughout. It's not overly complicated but a very tasty saison.

Pours hazy, pale pear into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Pineapple and papaya aromas. Dry with sweet pineapple and yeast upfront turning to a mild pith finish.

16 oz. can from Spruce Creek Provisions. Appearance shows darker brown, fast dying head. Nose of light cocoa, nuts, bold roasted coffee. The coffee is just lovely, not over done yet, strong.
Smooth bold roasted coffee with gentle cocoa and rich earthy coffee that lingers well after the sip. Body is about proper for a brown ale. You could say it is a one trick pony but it is a very tasty brew.
