Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours very hazy gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, melon and pineapple or passion fruit. Med plus body. Juicy, lightly sweet. Yet it's bitter enough to please. Flavor is citrus, earth, pineapple and melon. A touch of astringency adds to the mix. It's pretty darn good flavor.

Aromas are slightly old resin hops with some grapefruit. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter with decent carbonation. Good body and finish on the sweet side. A little bit of MJ in there also. Okay but nothing special.

Pours murky gold into a tulip. White soapy head with good retention pancakes as it recedes. Mango, apricot and tangerine aromas. Soft with sweet guava, papaya, apricot and mango upfront turning to tangerine in dry, medium length finish.

16 oz. can. Aroma is grapefruit, soft pale malt, maybe a soft Tangerine. Flavor is spot on the aroma. Mouthfeel is light and bright with a super soft bitterness to balance the fruit. Refreshing IPA.

Poured a dark cola color with a small ecru head. Scotch Ale forward, cinnamon. Mild vanilla. I guess Apple cider donuts are in here, but it's very subtle. Just fine, probably because it's one of my least favorite styles.

Scotch ale base. Dark amber, thin head. Odd aroma, cinnamon and sticky malt, but not in a dessertlike sticky bun way. Toasty malt, medium alcohol, cinnamon and apple coming through as well. Somewhat thin in the finish.

16 oz can. Side-by-side comparison with “ Sleepy Bee “. Never in my entire life have I seen a black Kolsch bier!! German brewers would have a heart attack if they saw this. Aroma is roasted grain, hints of chocolate malts. Flavor has a very mild honey like malt that plays with the roasted mall, showing chocolate in mild coffee hence. I don’t know in a way it’s almost like a dry stout with notes of honey.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Ty Tom! Aroma is white bread with subtle honey grain. Flavor has the light homey malt backbone with baked bread. Well attenuated with a dry texture. Easy to drink.

Pours black, dark brown with a fine-bubbled tan head. Aroma of toasted malt. Taste has dry stout malt notes, some toasted grain, heavier body than normally associated with the style. Palate has lingering oily grain, some mellifluous elements. Interesting!

Pours hazy orange. It has a tart, citrusy aroma. Citrus is the most prominent flavor. There’s also banana and vanilla, It’s mildly to moderately tart. There’s some added sweetness and a decent mouthfeel.
