(473ml can from the brewery) Pours quite hazy deep gold with a huge white head that fades slowly leaving heavy lace. Aroma of fresh conifer needles and leaves, lemon and grapefruit, ripe peach, fresh weed, kind of skunky. Flavour is lightly sweet, mix of semi-ripe peach and nectarine, touch of mango, grapefruit and lemon peel, citrus pith, biscuit malt, some fresh conifer needles, finish is quite dry with biscuity malt and some cereals, citrus pith and light bitters, earthy pine, pretty neutral yeast, light bitterness. Green but not in the hop burn way, more of a really old school hop profile minus the bitterness. Light body, touch watery, average carbonation that is a little creamy. Not a fruity jam but solid stuff.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours very hazy orange-gold with a thick white head and very heavy lace. Aroma of floral lime peels, lime candy, white grape, green melon, tart passionfruit without the musky side, slighly bready malt, very high and bright tones overall. Flavour is again high, light and bright - juicy lightly tart passionfruit, white wine, juicy lime, pale orange, a little guava floral component, soft white bread malt, lightly sweet throughout the sip without a heavy drydown, zero bitterness, finish and aftertaste are lime powder candy, touches of green berries, thiols, lingering passionfruit feel. Fairly light-bodied for style, super creamy to compensate, quite softly carbonated. Definitely not your typical DIPA, especially with the contribution of the passionfruit in the Kohia Nelson (my first experience with this product). Fun and refreshing with no sign of the ABV.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours rather lightly hazed orange with a tight off-white head and some lace. Aroma is very ripe and dank/piney mango, peach, preserved oranges, grapefruit peel, a little pine needle and some herbal/peppery overtones. Flavour is moderately sweet, malt presence is felt for sure, again very ripe mango and peach, citrus preserves, grapefruit peel, definitely residual sugars and a little alcohol giving a slight fruit liqueur feel to it, very fruity yeast, a little brioche roundness to the malt. Finish is moderately dry thanks to the alcohol and a little presence of grapefruit bitters, some pine resin, slightly herbal, not really peppery, light citrus acidity to counteract the lingering ripe fruit/malt liqueur vibe. Light to medium body for style, fairly soft carbonation. Solid TIPA straddling the boundary between a haze bomb and a sweeter maltier style. Good stuff if not quite what I think they are capable of TIPA-wise.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy aroma with minimally papery, cryo-like overtones, notes of lemon, a touch of yuzu, rather unspecific hints of orange citrus fruit, fennel overtones. Taste is slightly dry, slightly papery, minimally artificial, citrusy fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, minimally sugary, malty basis, hints of lemon, sweet pineapple, slight cryo aspects, later the aforementioned fennel touch comes in again. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite artificial fruit flavours in a double sense: not only that the hop flavours aren't exactly the fruit flavours, they even don't seem to be hop induced, fruit simulating flavours; all rather feels like sugar and a kind of hop powder dissolved in water, restrained and aseptic - not really convincing.

(On tap @ the brewpub, June 3/23) Pours nearly opaque pale orange-gold with a thick white head and good lace. Notes of fairly ripe mango, grapefruit and orange zest, lightly tart cittrus pulp, semi-sweet melon, earthy and piney greenness, fruity yeast, fairly sweet through the sip and drying lightly in the finish, good presence of piney resins with grippy orange and grapefruit peel, light herbal peppery hop cone vibe in the aftertaste. Medium-plus body, fairly creamy, softly carbonated. Cool exploration of some experimental hops that I'm not familiar with at all, playing with the Citra-Amarillo mango/orange axis.

(On tap @ the brewpub, June 3/23) Pours opaque pale banana milky yellow with a thick off-white head and heavy banana pulp 'lace'. Aroma is brightly floral/perfumed and a bit tropical, very clear presence of passionfruit and pear with the ripe banana sweetness underneath providing some structure. Flavour is more banana-forward, quite ripe, juicy and slightly musky passionfruit florals for balance, finish is definitely more pear-forward, perfumed but not overly so, fairly sweet overall with light acidity, touches of bitter pear with a little muskiness in the finish. Medium-plus body, creamy with just a little gritty pear (largely hidden by banana), quite softly carbonated. Really fun mix of fruit, on the floral side as expected but with strong banana presence.

(On tap @ the brewpub, Jun 3/23) Pours opaque purple-red with a thick pale pink head that fades slowly with fruit pulp 'lace'. Aroma is dominated by ripe sweet/tart cranberries and a nice presence of gin, backed by a blend of ripe forest berries (especially raspberry), some richer earthier tones too, touch of maple sugar in the back. Flavour is lightly sweet and moderately tart despite the maple addition, acidity is more berry than lactic, obviously a fair amount of Rubus but brighter cranberry notes and the earthy, tannic quality of blueberry/blackberry, promient boreal coniferous gin presence, herbal and a bit menthol/spicebox peppery, maple sugar there without much sweetness. Finish is nicely gin-soaked with ripe and slightly grippy berries and a touch of herbal tea/gin bitterness. Medium-bodied, pulpy, softly carbonated, nice mouthfeel. Superb mix of flavours here, the gin-soaked cranberries are complex and sublime. This is the least sweet of the Sirop series and more cocktail-like. Cool!
