Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, floral and light spicy nose. Grainy, floral, light citrusy and touch of hemp with earthy notes. Quite dry finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Dark golden/amberish coloured, small off-white head, pleasant smoked ham in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, smoked ham and touch of honey with herbal notes in the finish. Bit watery but nice one.

Big thank you to Vanessa & Nils for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 17.02.35. Nearly clear in the glass, light copper to golden, small fast fading head. Sweet confiture and choco on the nose, benzol, increasing dry malty elements. Taste starts with a lot of honey, sweet and dry, present malt and barrel wood in the second row. Less alcoholic than expected but still warming. Very low carbonated. Little bit sticky to the end. Really nice and interesting one.

Big thank you to Vanessa & Nils for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 23.11.25. Pours out oily. Jet black in the glass, nearly two finger beige foamy head. Looks really good. Intensive aroma, dark berry fruity, smooth malt, choco with present Bourbon and vanilla. Taste starts berry fruity, smooth malty with darker choco, vanilla, less barrel wood. Balanced and slick at the palate. No carbonation as expected. Long lasting aftertaste. Very nice one.

Bottiglia. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e arancia amara.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e duratura. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi e pompelmo.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula e una di umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, sale e spezie.

L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità, intenso. Sulla lingua si percepiscono sentori di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e frutta passita.
