12oz can from Broken Top. Pale straw color, thin head. Light grassy, hoppy aroma, citrus notes. Taste is soft juicy citrus, light zestiness, bready malts. Seems blah at first, but the flavor and feel slowly reveal the selves for a nice mellow beer.

Can. Amber colour with just a slight haze. Thin head. Has an orangey hop aroma. On the palate, similar hop profile, with some added pine. There's a biscuity malt character, and some alcohol in the finish. Lots of bitterness. So this is straight up old school DIPA, but not at all bad.

On tap at Angel's Trumpet House, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is both hoppy and malty, with lots of caramel malt, resinous hops, with a bit of pine. Flavour is robust, with big resinous hops, pine, and caramel malt. The malt and hops combine beautifully, offering a thick caramel malt backbone that is dried out by the hops. Lovely stuff.
