Bottle, at Håndverkeren. Full bodied, chewy, warming and smooth. Tannins. Dark dried fruit, cocoa, booze, roasted malts and some oak. Lightly burnt. A bit heavy on the alcohol, else it's a nice one. 747513 251120

Kristiansand Juleølfestival 2025. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma and flavor is roasted malt, coffee, pine , grapefruit.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Foggy golden-yellowish body, fair white head that laced well. Floral fruity aromas added by pale malts, promising. Quite solid taste of apricot, ripe orange and supported by Belgian yeasty moments. Long lived ending warming down the swallow. Pretty good, slow sipper. (Tromsø, 18.09.2025).

Klokka har passert 18 på Verftet, og vi har vært her siden 13:30, så nå er det bare snakk om tilstandsrapporter uten avvik, og i stødig selskap med Haakegutt, Bryne, BBF&Karen bruker jeg nå min siste bong før vi rusler i retning Nygårdsgaten. Klar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Krydret anslag med god maltsødme og balanserende inntyrkk av appelsiner, aprikos og lychee. Lett syrlig, og de humørskapende virkestoffene holder diskret i bakgrunnen. Bergen Ølfestival er et supert arrangement!
