This time the San Biagio beer has a more controlled carbonation; it pours a hazy blond color; with the head reducing to a thin layer. Strong coriander aroma. The body is thin, the flavor is simple, dry, a bit lemony and with some coriander. Correct bitterness. Easy.

The bottle is explosive; it pours a cloudy blond color. It’s dry, spicy, overcarbonated and very yeasty. Simple and clumsy.

Brown color. The aroma is mostly yeast. It has some caramel flavor, dry mouthfeel, some yeast flavor too. Imprecise.
