375mL bottle from the brewery. Pours murky dark brown with a small white head, very foamy. Dry bready malts, dry caramel, dark fruits, bourbon barrels, and Brett on the nose. Flavour has bourbon barrels, dry Brett, bread crusts, dry dark fruits, moderately tannic with dry oak on the finish. Good Brett expression, great complexity. Fantastic.

Flavour has loads of spicy saison yeast, moderate amount of funk, and a really nice white wine character. Full-bodied and high carbonation. Very well-integrated, fantastic.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Lots of sorghum and some citrus on the nose. Flavour has a clean, subdued, but clear sorghum character along with some piney hops. This is fantastic.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Wheaty malts with grassy floral hops and soft pine on the nose. Flavour has wheat malts, dry grassy hops, slightly floral. Very nice, balanced, hoppy wheat beer.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours nearly black with a beige head. Dark chocolate and toasted bread on the nose. Flavour has toasted bread and cacao nibs, but softened by the nitro. I think the base is good, but would be better expressed off nitro.
