On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours clear light blonde with a white head. Fresh, crisp malts and notes of blood orange on the nose. Flavour has fresh bready malts, blood orange, and floral hops. Fantastic.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours nearly black with a beige head. Dark chocolate and toasted bread on the nose. Flavour has toasted bread and cacao nibs, but softened by the nitro. I think the base is good, but would be better expressed off nitro.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours clear gold with a white head. Bready nose, fresh crust, slightly floral. Flavour has a great, clean malt profile with dry, grassy, floral hops. This is probably the best maibock I've had to date.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Fresh grainy malts and fresh woody pine on the nose. Flavour has crisp biscuit malt base and fresh woody pine. Very nice, I really like the hop expression.

Bottle pour at Banana Jam Café. Pours clear ruby with a white head. Tons of musty red wine grape skins, spicy, rustic wild yeast, crunchy dry grass on the nose. Flavour is earthy and acidic with lots of red wine grape skins, a good musty wood character. Excellent vinous wild ale.

Appearance - brown with a beige to tan head.
Nose - tangy red fruit, dried orange, brown bread and light toffee.
Taste - red fruit through the middle of the palate, dry brown bread and toffee.
Palate - medium bodied, accidentally sour?
Overall - in two minds about this.

Bottle thanks to cagarvie. Pours hazy brown with a thick beige head. Aromas of toffee, red wine, red fruits. Taste is sweet, orange, nutty, funky. Boozy finish.
