Bottle. (For Marks & Spencer) Clear, yellow-golden cider with a pleasant, not intense nose with horseblanket notes, apple and yeast. Quite lambic-like. Apples, sourness, horseblanket, barnyard and yeast in the flavor, leading to a long finish. Medium mouthfeel with some astringency. Quite nice one. (070430)
