Bottle. It pours a hazy dark golden colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Lightly sourish aroma with some overripe fruits and a light spiced touch. Bread notes and some sourish malt. It's medium bodied, semi-sweet and nicely carbonated, lightly sour and far from bitter, with flavors of overripe fruit, some grass and a touch of bread. Medium length bready and fruity finish. Not very good this one, hope something went wrong and it isn't meant to be like this. 180920

500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Huge, rocky, white head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Near-clear golden body. Smell of dusty hops and earthy malts. Mid-sweet canned fruits to the taste buds, a bit mealy. Rounded mid-sweet fruity end. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (Tromsø 31.08.2018).

Bottle, #001-18, 11 months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity yeast, with hay, lemon and notes of apricots and stone fruits, as well as bubble gum and some perfumey notes. Full body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart yeast, with notes of hay, wood, citrusy notes and light farmhouse, minerals and perfumey notes.

Fair enough being so light, nicely oxidized. A 8%+ edition of this would be interesting though...
