Can 44 cl. Pours a clear brown with an orange hue and a beige head. Nose has crystal malts and toffee, toasty rather than roasty. Medium body, sweet maltiness, plenty of toffee with a very discreet bitterness. More of a Dunkel/Brown Ale hybrid rather than Baltic Porter. But as such not so bad. 170924

Can. Pours clear dark reddish brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toffee, rye bread, chocolate and raisins. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, toffee, rye bread, rye porridge, chocolate and raisins.

Draught at Skaal. Interesting spicy aroma, must be guava. Cloudy reddish golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is funky and spicy. Has a good guava note. Dry finish.

Chocolate and toffee Aroma. Rounded. Balanced. Malts. Flavor is dark chocolate toffee with nutty notes,hops add a freshness that is not tasted by itself, but really works very well as a balance. Great brew

Can, 6.0%. Fairly metallic aroma along with some acidic malt notes. Clear very dark brown colour. Fizzy, unstable light brown head. The flavour is roasted with a mild caramelly and earthy malt note. Thin mouthfeel. Fizzy carbonation. But good flavour.

Share of bottle @ SKAAL, Sønderborg, accepted with gratitude. Pours clear reddish (through a sieve to sift out the rather copious sediment). Clear aroma of sour yeast, with touches of barrel and hints of malt. Sour flavour of wild yeast, with dusty and woody notes and touches of malt and hints of spice. Wine barrel aftertaste with hints of yeast and malt. Reasonable.

Share of a bottle @ SKAAL Sønderborg, accepted with gratitude. Pours hazy irregular brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of sour yeast, with touches of malt and vanilla. Dry, vinous flavour with touches of barrel and hints of malt. Dry aftertaste with notes of wood. Decent work.
