Bottled from Burg Bieren, BB 2014, large sample, served in an Oersoep tulip/wine glass. Initially clear golden color, short frothy head, quite some small bubbles around, leaving smooth lacing. Aroma of fresh apples, slight sweetish note, soft oak wood, slight tart. Very nicely balanced. Soft sweet taste, slight sugar, bit dry, slight sour green apple note. Nice combination between sour green and sweet red apples. Soft to medium carbonation, medium bodied. This is much better than the 5% version. And I even think that this balance would be perfect for an ice cider. If only... :-)

Bottle. Clean sweetish aroma, touch of cinnamon. Clear orangeish golden colour. Taste is about the same as aroma suggests, slightly thin, but balanced sweetness and sourness.
