Straw blond with no head. Aroma and flavour have very soft sweet apples and a little peach too. Very soft and smooth.

330ml bottle in the Quarry park, Easter Weekend in the blazing sun. Thanks Danlo for this. Pours misty pale gold, medium apple fruit on the nose. Taste is clean, with gentle fleshy fruit, subtle underlying tannin and a moderate sweetness. Decent accessible summer cider.

330ml bottle, drunk in the Quarry park on the hottest Easter weekend since records began, mid-way point of Armageddon. Thanks Danlo for this! Pours clear pale gold with a faint mist, prominent elderflower on the nose. Taste presents a medium sweet floral elderflower character, nice medium sweet apple fruit shining underneath. Simplistic, clean and refreshing

Bottle, poured and heated in a small pan. Smells good while heating. Murky rusty copper brownish golden. Sweet old apple peels, stoved pears, cinnamon, vanilla, apple sauce, calvados, lemon peels, cloves, general booziness. Quite sweet and bitter, with most notably some earthy peely notes, besides the general sweetness and spices. Medium body and soft carbonation. Cozy and warm. Fun for once, but no, not really my thing. Shared and heated by sjogro. Hazy brownish with no head. Dusty apple, cinnamon, cloves, light alcohol, apple pie, dry apple peel, raisins. Medium sweet and over light bitter. Medium bodied. I don’t like it much.

330ml bottle from Ciderlab. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and fruity apple aroma. Taste is tangy apple, fleshy with some apple skin, light woody funk and drying citric acidity. Medium body, spritzy carbonation, dry bittersweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle sampled at sjogro’s. Clear pale straw with not much head. Lots of elderflower, light tart apple, soft pear, 🍐, flowery, light earthy and green leaves. Very blossom forward indeed. Under medium sweet, bitter and sour. Over light bodied.
