Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Sander, Kim, Roelzie, Thom, Rik en Juul op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in Den Bosch. Het is een bleekgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een frisse appel geur. De smaak is fruitig, zurig van groene appel.

0.33 l bottle from 't Biermenneke. Slightly hazy, golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, gently fruity, musty and a little funky aroma of ripe apple, walnut, wood and light manure. Hardly sweet, moderately sour, gently fruity, slightly funky taste of lots of wood, ripe apple, some manure and traces of walnut, followed by a short, slightly tart, fairly woody-dry, a bit musty finish. Thin body, minimally astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Rustic cider, pretty much like an Apfelwein, quite okay.

Süßer fruchtiger Beginn, natürlich aber zu süß. Mild würzig, erfrischend, langer, im Hintergrund trockener Abgang. 10/7/8/8//8

Uwe wild. Arendsnest. From tap. Hazy golden with white head. Old apples and potato peels. Light sweet, sickly, earthy bitter. Light sweet and quite bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bottle. Golden color. Apple, citrus and sulphur in the aroma. Initially soft sweetish apple flavor. Hints of sulphur coming up and linger on in the aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle. Golden color. Apple and sulphur in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish with some tannines. Carbonation is soft. Slightly alcoholic.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Clear yellow color, no head. Smell and taste are moderately sweet mixed with pleasantly tart. I like this one! 7-3-7-3-16.Earlier Rating: 7/17/2014 Total Score: 3.3Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes and Ansjelaah. Clear orange golden color, small white head. Smell and taste apple, apple juice, sweetness. Not bad actually.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Clear pale yellow color, virtually no head. Smell and taste sweet, sweet ripe apples, sweet as in 5 out of 7 at least, maybe 6/7. 7-2-6-2-12.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Orangy golden color, small white head. Smell and taste, hmm, I get apples, apple peel mixed with malts sort of. Odd but ok. 5-2-5-3-10.
