(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 13 Aug 2025) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with pears, yeast, grass, citrus and a touch of glue. Fruity, tart taste with notes of pears, grass, citrus, hay, yeast and a generous acidity in a dry finish. Medium body, dry. Refreshing and tasty, but a bit yeasty. Quite enjoyable.

On tap at Van Moll Fest. Irgalmatlan édes, már-már Sommersby szintig lett tolva a visszaédesítés, emiatt a (felteszem amúgy) valódi gyümölcs is nagyon műnek hat

Bottle at home, copper coloured with large chunks of debris. Warm: aroma is spices, apple, sweet, brandy. Taste is the same, quite alcohol flavour. Cold: aroma is apple, sweet, mild hint of apple. Taste is the same, sweet, apple, hint if spice, easy to drink.

Bottle at home, hazy yellow, no head. Aroma is pear,tart. Taste is the same, pear, sweet, tart, rather boring imho.

Bottle. Quite funky, pear, soft elderflower. Very lively spritzy carbonation on a medium dry body. Quite nice.
