From a 75cl bottle at Acido Acida 2022, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours somehow hazy, blonde, with no foam. Aroma is apple and delicately funky. Body is average, with almost absent carbonation. Taste is delicately acidic. Final is average.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Roma). Servita a caduta dall'alto. Dorata abbastanza limpida, schiuma leggera evanescente. Al naso note di mela annurca, leggero citrico, stalla, una nota vinosa. In bocca è acida medio-leggera, vinosa leggera, mela annurca, secca in chiusura. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Gradevole.

750ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color vino bianco, limpida, schiuma evanescente. Al naso è vinosa, con note di mela, fiori bianchi, cuoio, scorza di agrumi. In bocca è secca, pulita, di buona persistenza, vinosa. Tannica. Corpo medio, carbonazione brillante. Ottima!

Bottle at THT July. Hazy pale golden with white head. Dry apple peel, soft funk, light pear, soft lemon and funk. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, low carbonation. OK

Bottle. Pours a clear dull yellow with visible carbonation and no head whatsoever. Aroma has lots of dry apple with a light funk and a bit of earthy apple underlying. Flavor has a great dry apple through out with a funky earthy apple supporting.
