12oz bottle pours a dark gold with some gushing, white head. Nose has some honey and candy and stale cracker. Flavor follows, dried grass too, candy, couch. Dry finish. Could have been worse.

From a 12oz bottle at the DC tasting on March 25, 2016. Gusher. Poured a hazy yellow color with a very bubbly, foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma was funky yeast notes. Extremely effervescent. Infected or poorly handled.

Some florals and some light sweet malt. Not quite a Missouri legend but I’m only half missouristani. Hazy yellow pour.

12oz bottle. Pops open with a gunshot like loudness. A gusher, the head has still not died down enough to be drinkable. Unfiltered amber-tan body. Zesty borderline infected champagne carbonation. Such a pain in the ass to even begin to drink, sipping at foam, wating, slow pouring. A pretty OK taste at the heart of it, just seems like they screwed up the conditioning. Mellow soapy yeasty esters, caramel-cracker malt tones, Not really capturing much authenticity. Wouldn’t buy again.
