Draft WOB, St. Petersburg. Clear amber color in a chalice with fast dying head, aroma is weak red grapes, Belgain yeast, sugar. Flavor is very light red grapes. Barrel doesn’t show up much at all. Yeast is the base of the brew, sweet grape finish is light. Thin body.

Bottle. Tart blackberry and apple juice aroma. Ruby red with slight head. Very sweet, lightly tart blackberry and apple juice flavor. Very tasty but essentially tastes like a soda.

Bottle at home in CT - picked up at New Beer Distributors in NYC. Pours hazy gold with a foamy, off-white head. The nose has bready pale malts, bread, slight tangerine rind. Medium sweet flavor with hints of caramel, light pine, sugary pale bread, baked hay, faint lemon zest. Medium bodied with average carbonation. OK balance on the finish, with some further dried pale malts, tangerine rind, slight citrus pith. Fair.

355 ml. bottle split by 3 @ “Exclusive S&G Tasting: Special guest 77ships”. Thanks to Mathieu87 & PriorL. Black, almost no head. Nose is thick chocolate truffles cake, sweet spices, mocha. Taste is liquid chocolate truffles, chocolate, cake, ginger bread, sweet yam pie, warming finish, cinnamon, light pleasant booze. Liquid chocolate body. Incredible

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin spice. Medium mouthfeel with strong spice, nutmeg, cinnamon with light dryness. Decent.

New Beer Distributors, NYC 12oz ($2.75): Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is citrus with some malty backbone in there. Taste is very heavy on the grapefruit. It is a little sweet and sour too. Not particularly pleasant, but drinkable enough.
