4 oz draft. Aroma is soft citrus with mango. The flavor displays decent fruit character for such old school hop varieties. Flavor of mango, peach, with very soft floral bitterness. Balanced well.

4 oz draft. Aroma is soft roast, yeast. Flavor is mild chocolate hints and mild earthy malts. Body is about normal for the style. It is important to not have huge expectations when drinking mid level brews.

4 oz draft. Aroma is nothing but bold passionfruit. The flavor starts out sweet and then it turns mildly tart in the finish. Just a touch of salt here. Well, it certainly doesn’t lack passionfruit.

4 oz draft. Aroma is very soft raspberries. Nothing more. Flavor does have the chocolate and raspberry characteristics. Not overly sweet. Body is ok for the gravity. Just ok.

4 oz draft. It is indeed brown in color. Aroma, soft coffee with very subtle nuttiness. Flavor follows in a subtle light character. Mild bitterness in the form of coffee. Thinner body and texture.

Draught sample at the brewery, 6/27/25.
Clear, deep crimson with a butter-colored head.
Rich caramel, faint toast and a burnt toffee character give an authentic impression. Light herbal hop edge. Clean.
Clean and fruity with toasted grain and lots of rich caramel. Herbal hops help lighten the feel and there's proper attenuation leaving a more crisp finish.

Side pour draught at the brewery, 6/27/25.
Clear, bright brass. Large, creamy, white head.
Fresh, rich yeast adding cellar-like qualities and lots of mineral. I guess it's a Belgian dry lager yeast. It's lovely. Scant herbal hops with biscuity and lightly bready malts. Clean.
A bit thick, though not sweet in the mouth. Just sort of overly round, full, and a bit of a chore towards the end of the glass. The relative low hopping/bitterness doesn't help make the finish crisp, though it's not underattenuated. Clean.

Brewery draught sample, 6/27/25.
Dark with deep cola highlights. Small, light tan head.
Rich fenugreek in the nose is all consuming, but rich and satisfying. A bit of chocolate and biscuit behind it. Clean.
Soft, lighter bodied with rich fenugreek and low lactose. Fudgey/chocolatey/biscuity flavors on the finish. Drinkable and fun.

Brewery draught, 6/27/25.
Clear and blonde with a sizeable, white head.
Fresh, luscious, authentic Jalapeno in the nose has much more vegetal character than it does heat. Soft pils malt and a hint of saison yeast behind it.
Fresh, rich, almost juicy, fleshy jalapeno. Whole, chopped jalapenos really seal the deal here. And while it certainly plays a distant second fiddle, there is notable Belgian yeast here (though the nuances are a bit lost to the pepper). Ample body, good attenuation, crisp and refreshing. Rating is more to a Spice/Herb/Vegetable beer than for a true saison.

Brewery draught, 6/27/25.
Clear amber-brass-golden. Small, white head.
Lightly fruity hops with a bit of pine and grapefruit. Cracker and a hint of toast establish the style. Clean.
Gently fruity, gently toasty with a lighter body. Could be a bit softer and deeper in the malt category, but it's clean with whole cone cascade adding their spicy, citrusy, fruity character that is certainly endearing. A faithful SNPA clone.
