Bottled, from Systembolaget. Perfectly black, small brown head. Tar, molasses and grapefruit peels up front. Mid dry with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Heavy with tar, viola, dark chocolate and long salty bitterness.

Good with a bit of sweet breakfast taste. Some roast malt and light citrus malt. Very light note of sourness that seems off. Pours dark brown with good head and lacing. Tap at DC Beer festival.

Very pale as the name insinuates. Much maltier than it is hoppy. Hazy white with good head and lacing. Some mash malt sourness in finish. Light bitterness. Light citrus. Ok. Tap at DC Beer festival.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy deep golden, mid sized head. Marzipan and coriander, backed by butter in the nose. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grass, marzipan, citrus and butter. Mid bitter finish.

Flaska från Sb. En lite örtig och kryddig IS som inte riktigt når ända fram. Kaffe, choklad, lakrits, aningen hårdrostad och kryddig kärvhet. Saknar lite fyllighet, rundhet och smakerna lyfter inte riktigt. Helt okej men inte mer.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with medium tan head. Aroma of coffee, bread, licorice, straw, chocolate, ash and dried fruit. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of coffee, chocolate and husk astringency. Medium bodied with medium carbonation and a weirdly powdery mouthfeel. A bit astringent and weird. Too bad when the aroma’s OK.

Bottle. Hazy amber liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of banana, clove, butter, spices, smoke and bread. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of bread, spices, smoke, banana and clove. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Meh.

Hazy dark brownwith a thin brownn head - Sweet anise and locorice in the aroma - Good malt in teh back, but the most dominant flavour is sweet anise and other spices - the sweetness goes into a long lasting finish - This was very good
