Tap@ Il Birrificio. Deep amber, thin white head. Fruity, yeasty, wheaty aroma. Flavor has similar things going on, fruity and light bitterness.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Il Birrificio, 20150722) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had clove, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, clove, tartness, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A spicy and not so pleasant hefeweizen.

Red brown in colour with lasting head. Rye comes through well in aroma and flavour. Also some yeast and fruity hops. Well balanced and easy to drink.

Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Grassy, herbal aroma, a bit spicy yeasts. Taste reminds me of a Wit, a bit citrusy, a bit spicy, refreshing. Not too special, not too intense. Okay.

On tap at Erzi Zürich. Pours hazy amberish yellow, dense head. Aroma reminding me of sweet pastry, but also banana of course. Citrus and a bit sour, but very refreshing. An interesting Weizen indeed

Hazy amber color with small head. Aroma is malts, caramel. Taste is very spicy, resinous, like hartz, tannenbaum feeling. Nice warming bitterness.

On tap at Hako anniversary. Smoky aroma of intense bacon, imagine standing at a barbeque. Same in taste, but with clear hops. Well done, Tom!
