Bottle @ Steve_0’s house. Thanks! Pours a slightly hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Aroma is cheese curds / aged parmesan, lemon, funk, and lactic acid. Soft sourness in the mouth. Some tropical and citrus fruit in the mount along with some more cheese / lactic acid notes. The aroma seemed a little aggressive for me but the flavor was enjoyable enough. Low sweetness and bitterness. Not bad.

12 oz. can, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wheat and medium tartness. Flavour is tart, wheaty and lightly funky, with bright citrus, wheat and perfect tartness. There's a lovely funky funky quality that amplifies the complexity.. Super refreshing and wonderfully balanced. Excellent berliner.

Can - Soapy, creamy wheat and a light citrus tang. Cloudy yellow with a nice white head. Tart soured wheat, citrus and a creamy mouthfeel. Nice clean finish. Quite nice.

On tap Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy orange with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma strong peach, wheat, dough. Thin mouth, tart peach, light dough, strong cereal and wheat, very nice.

On tap at Freetail. Pours a dark orange with small off white head. The aroma is strong oak and dark fruit. Thin mouth, oak, cherry skin, vanilla, lingering dry finish, very good.
