Poured from a 2013 vintage 22 oz bottle. Aroma is fairly mellow. Light acidity and citrus notes. Medium light white wine characteristics with hints of oak. Light grain notes. Hints of pineapple and stone fruit. Pours a hazy, pale golden straw color with a medium sized, medium thin, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Faint lacing and no legs. Flavor has a medium light acidity that isn’t harsh at all. Some light sweetness with light grain notes. Acidity is displayed through lemon notes as well as some light pineapple. Light white wine notes with faint oak. Hints of golden raisins and stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice sour beer though its character is very light. Easy drinking and definitely a nice base for fruit or blending.
