Batch, Austin can: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is very faint, mostly bready with hints of hops. Bitter for a helles. Standard pale lager. Not quite a pils but not a helles. Fairly unremarkable.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy purple with medium off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is currant, pepper, dough, wheat. Thin body, dough, wheat, currants, light tartness, good.

22oz bomber shared at a tasting. Vinous sour brown notes. Definitely get the wine tones, and overbearing US sour tones. Nice juicy fruit flavors too. Enjoyable, but sort of a standard premium US sour. Deep leathery sour grape tones. Big blackberry.
