Tasting at Ferris’
Cloudy blond color. Intense, pungent aroma, funky, passion fruit. Highly carbonated; it has a strong sour flavor, some fruitiness, some astringency and funky character, not much complexity, and not much cherry too.
But overall it’s a very good beer.

Poured from a can. Aroma has a medium light wheat note with some lemon and herbal phenolics. Some moderate citric acid notes with a bit of bile. Pours a hazy, yellow straw color with a medium sized, thin, rocky head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a light to medium light sweetness with moderate wheat notes. Moderate acidity. Lots of orange and lemon citrus notes. Light phenolics with a bit of bubblegum and tropical fruit. Light bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but it lacks a wow factor. Would be an easy drinking lawnmower beer. I think it’s the sweetness that is a bit off putting for me.

Bottle - Funky, petroleum and burnt notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tart and acidic, mineral notes and some nectarine. No cherry here I can see, but very tart and sour.
