Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a rich, creamy and lacing beige cappuchinoish head. Tart balsamico aroma, combined with some sweet vanilla oak. Medium-bodied, caramel initially but then a complex tart red wine balsamico note sets in. Not bad if not the most complex of its sort. 081114

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow with a small, white head. Very tart, lactic, citrusy aroma - very authentic Berliner Weisse-ish. Light body, subtle malts, tart and lactic in a very pleasant way. Extremely refreshing actually. 081114
