Bottle bought at the brewery. Lokks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Nice malty sweet aroma, fine hoppy. Starts dry-hoppy, some flowery-grasy notes, not as sweet as the aroma made me think. Finish well balanced with fruity-lemon notes. Dry hoppy aftertaste with grapefruit hints. Really nice!

[ As Schinkel’s Brauhaus Weizen ].Hazy - murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, sweet banana, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, yeast, fruity, sweet banana. Beautiful color, mahogany, hazy, with creamy head. Light caramel aroma. There is a pleasant malt and caramel flavor, with very moderate residual sweetness, and ordinary bitterness.

Hazy deep blond color, with greenish hue; creamy head. Light malt aroma, with a light butter note. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, there is some soft malt flavor, and again a light butter touch, not annoying for me, but clearly diacetyl. Ordinary bitterness. Easy.
