.3 litre glass at the brewery on 12th May 2017. Sat in the early evening sun on their patio area. This was the second beer of the evening I tried. Ruby hue to the brown body, beige head on top. Malty brew with a semi-sweet nature, mild herbal notes accompany the malts in both the nose and taste. Liked it.

Really enjoyed the subtle maltiness balanced by a light bitterness from the hops: good easy thirst quencher and a fine start to tasting their beers. Stayed next door in The Burg Hotel.

12-11-16 // 500ml bottle bought at the brewpub. Pours a light hazy golden orange beer with a solid white head. Taste is sweet malty, light caramel. Light bitter note in the end. Texture is a bit to watery for a Bock.

08-11-16 // bottle bought at brewpub. 500ml. Pours an almost clear amber copper coloured beer. Small white head. Tastes light malty, some caramell, light citrus notes. Weird bitter finish. Not so pleasant.

05-11-16 // on tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow beer. Pretty light colour. Also light in taste. Definitely some banana and clove but a bit watery and not too much yeast. Still refreshing.

On tap at the brewpub. Sehr trübes goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch mild bananig süß, würzig. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig, bananig, gering Nelke.
