Sample pour at the Roost. Pours a clear gold with some sticky, lacey white head. Looks good. Nose has herbs, dried herbs, straw, grass, some light grain. Flavor has honey and grain and is slightly herbal. Feels continental. It's a little non descript for the mouthfeel slaps. Creamy and barely off dry.

It is a weissbier that it could be better, a bit watery, a bit boring, wheat, yeast, few hop, refreshing, 12.08.16, purchased at the Karlstadt, Freiburg.

In my opinion, it is a correct weiss, wheat, good sensation of cereal in the mouth, mineral side due to the water, touch of banana, 11.04.17, at Prélaz, purchased at Freiburg.

On tap at Holy Grale. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of straw and a touch of sweet grains with some grass coming through. Flavor is also straw forward with light grass and a growing bread note.
